Synergy Vision™ 4K SURGICAL CAMERA AND VISUALIZATION SYSTEM

The Future of Surgical Imaging Is Here

What a 4K Surgical Imaging System Delivers

A surgical imaging system captures and displays high-quality video of the surgical field so the team can visualize anatomy in real time. The Synergy Vision™ system is a complete surgical imaging system that unifies true 4K visualization, high dynamic range (HDR), fluorescence imaging, and Nano endoscopy in a single integrated platform, built to support clear, confident visualization across specialties. Delivering true 4K, 10-bit color visualization with four times the resolution of standard HD, the Synergy Vision system enhances depth perception, anatomical detail, and color accuracy. With advanced image processing, HDR, and fluorescence capabilities, surgeons experience improved contrast and consistency across tissue types.

Synergy Visionary™ Camera Head

Fully autoclavable, the Synergy Visionary camera head delivers true 4K resolution with enhanced depth perception and color fidelity. Fully customizable button selections and surgeon preset technology provide flexibility and control in the surgical field. It also supports fluorescence imaging and is engineered for ergonomic handling and durability.

Synergy Vision™ Console and Laser Light Source

The Synergy Vision console integrates camera control, image management, Nano visualization, and OR connectivity into a single system. Paired with a dedicated laser light source, it enables near-infrared fluorescence imaging alongside visible light and 4K HDR visualization. Built-in routing supports efficient workflow and simplified OR integration.

Rigid Endoscopes

Rigid endoscopes are engineered to complement the Synergy Vision platform, providing consistent illumination and image quality across procedures. Optimized for 4K imaging, they are available in multiple diameters and viewing angles with surgical-grade construction.

Nano Endoscopy

Nano endoscopy scopes feature a 1.9 mm chip-on-tip, semi-rigid design and are available in 125 mm, 180 mm, and 250 mm lengths. Designed for single use, they support diagnostic laparoscopy,

pediatric laparoscopy, and challenging port placements and can be used directly from the Synergy Vision console with simultaneous Nano and 4K viewing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Imaging Systems

What is a 4K surgical camera system?

expand_more

A 4K surgical camera system captures and displays ultra-high-definition surgical video with four times the resolution of HD, enhancing anatomical detail, depth perception, and color accuracy during procedures.

What makes the Synergy Vision system different?

expand_more

The Synergy Vision system combines 4K imaging, built-in integration, and Nano endoscopy compatibility in one platform. It supports fluorescence imaging and simultaneous Nano and 4K views, providing an expanded view of anatomy compared with a traditional single-camera setup.

What is the difference between a rigid and a flexible endoscope?

expand_more

A rigid endoscope uses a straight, fixed shaft for direct procedures and high optical clarity, while a flexible endoscope bends to navigate curved anatomy. Arthrex rigid endoscopes are optimized for 4K imaging and are available in multiple diameters and viewing angles. The NanoNeedle™ scope is a semi-rigid endoscope that offers limited flexibility while maintaining the control and support needed for minimally invasive visualization. It features a needle-sized design with chip-on-tip technology. Arthrex does not currently offer flexible endoscopes.

Can Nano endoscopy be used with this system?

expand_more

Yes. Nano Endoscopy can be used directly from the Synergy Vision console, with standalone or simultaneous Nano and 4K viewing.

What is fluorescence-guided surgery?

expand_more

Fluorescence-guided surgery uses near-infrared light and a fluorescent agent such as indocyanine green (ICG) to visualize blood flow or tissue perfusion in real time. The Synergy Vision laser light source enables near-infrared fluorescence alongside 4K and HDR visualization.

What specialties can use Arthrex imaging systems?

expand_more

Arthrex imaging systems support laparoscopy, arthroscopy, and open surgery across general surgery, gynecology, urology, ENT, plastic surgery, trauma, cardiothoracic, oncology, orthopedics, and other specialties.

Are Arthrex monitors optimized for surgical use?

expand_more

Yes. Arthrex 4K HDR monitors are calibrated specifically for surgical imaging and are designed for consistent performance in the OR.
